Terms for Loudon Visitors

Nature of the Site

Loudon County Released Inmates is a private reference that points visitors to Loudon jail and release resources, Tennessee corrections information, supervision contacts, and outside research tools. It stores no official custody file. It cannot confirm a release, alter a record, free a person, post bond, or file a government document.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others.

• Do not use the site while breaking any law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten.
• Do not make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
• Do not seek unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.
• Do not operate bots or scrapers against the site.
• Do not disrupt service or interfere with another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. Users agree not to apply the content to hiring or firing, tenant or housing selection, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licenses, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other FCRA-covered decision.

Access May End

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, with or without notice, when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or address misuse.

Tennessee Governing Law

Tennessee law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Tennessee.

Terms Severability Rule

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected language will be limited only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
